Aluminum plates are really easy to crack when stretched. Try to take the following measures to reduce damage:

(1) Reduce BHF until it does not wrinkle.

(2) If allowed, oil can be applied.

(3) If allowed, you can stick a film.

(4) Use a slow-moving press, such as a hydraulic press.

(5) Cut off the redundant material edges in advance.

(6) If it is really not feasible, change the one-time drawing to two-time drawing.
