It should be possible to grow litchi in the north by scientific means. Litchi likes warm and humid climate. Only when the temperature is around 22℃ all the year round and above 25℃ in the fruiting period can the fruit setting rate be improved, and the average annual air humidity should be above 80%, followed by fertilizer and water management. As long as these requirements are met, there should be no problem, but the cost is quite high.
