3. The second step is kneading dough. Tea leaves are repeatedly rubbed to destroy tissues and cells and react with air.

4. The third step is fermentation. You can put it in a bag and cover half of it. Do not cover it. It usually takes 5-8 hours, depending on the situation. If yellow and red are more obvious, it's almost the same.

5. The fourth step is baking. I personally use a heater, and the effect is not good. Not recommended. If there is really no way, then do it.
