1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China.

2. Abide by the constitution and laws.

3. Have good conduct and professional ethics.

4. Have the physical condition to adapt to the requirements of the position.

5. Those who are 18 years old or above and 35 years old or below (born between April 13, 1985 and April 13, 2003), doctoral students or those with deputy senior professional titles can be relaxed to 40 years old. One year old and below (born on April 13, 1980 and after). If there are specific age requirements in the job conditions, those requirements shall prevail. Full-time fresh graduates of 2021 are not subject to age restrictions.

6. If you have the age, academic qualifications, major or skills that are suitable for the recruitment position (see attachment 1 for details), foreign students must issue an academic degree certification certificate provided by the Study Abroad Certification Center of the Ministry of Education.

The following personnel are not included in the recruitment scope:

1. Current non-fresh-graduate college students (excluding fresh graduates in 2021).

2. Civil servants during the probation period and staff of public institutions during the probation period.

3. Active military personnel.

4. Being listed as the target of joint punishment for breach of trust according to law.

5. Those who have been expelled from the Communist Party of China.

6. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes or have been dismissed from public office.

7. Persons under other circumstances who are not allowed to be recruited as staff of public institutions according to laws and regulations.
