Nursing care after rhinoplasty;
Attention should be paid to the surgical wound and antibiotics should be applied to the wound. If exposed without dressing, a small amount of blood will ooze. Sterilized alcohol cotton can be used to gently wipe the wound, and unclean things can't be used to wipe the wound, so as not to pollute the surgical site and cause infection and undermine the success of the operation.
The wound usually stops bleeding within 3 hours after operation. If there is blood scab around the wound, you can gently rinse it with 3% hydrogen peroxide within 24 to 48 hours, then gently rinse it with normal saline, apply a small amount of antibiotics, or sprinkle some anti-inflammatory powder to keep the wound dry, so that you can wait for your own wound to heal automatically.
