ENVI FLAASH takes into account data storage and subsequent processing, and multiplies the reflectance result obtained by atmospheric correction by 10000 into a 16-bit integer.

If you want the reflectance result to be in the range of 0~1, you can use BandMath, and the expression is b1/10000.0.
