Firstly, several rollers are rotated according to the outer diameter of the seamless pipe, then the rollers are firmly fixed on the iron plate, the iron pipe is filled with sand, and both ends are matched with wooden plugs on the rear guard rollers. After heating with flame, the position to be bent is bent (it is not so easy to bend without bending, which requires too much force), but it needs to be tested whether it is 180, for fear that manual force will not work.

It is suggested to bend the pipe with a hydraulic pipe bender, and the machine is equipped with a die, so that the bend will not be flat.
