First, there are many reasons for wrist pain.
Trauma can cause wrist fracture, fracture, soft tissue contusion, joint dislocation, tenosynovitis and pain, and severe calcium deficiency or hyperosteogeny can also cause bone protrusion and pain. The bone protruding from the wrist has pain, which should be caused by the excessive tendon sheath cyst. Long-term local stimulation, long-term repeated wrist movements and long-term strain may lead to aseptic inflammation of local soft tissues, which may easily lead to local inflammatory fluid exudation, thus leading to tendon sheath cysts.
Second, the pain of carpal protrusion may be caused by tenosynovitis.
Tenosynovitis is mainly caused by strain or cold. It may be caused by a cold. It has no sense of movement. Oral anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs can be used for treatment, and severe cases can be treated by surgery. Be careful not to use hand-held heavy objects. The protruding bones of the wrist are divided into styloid process of radius and styloid process of ulna. If the pain is caused by styloid process of radius, there are often two reasons. The first is the pain caused by local soft tissue contusion or fracture caused by trauma.
There are two tendons passing through the styloid process of radius, which is easy to produce stenosing tenosynovitis of styloid process of radius. Often because of long-term labor or playing computer for a long time, the tendon and tendon sheath rub, resulting in aseptic inflammation and pain. The pain caused by styloid process of ulna is basically caused by trauma, contusion and fracture of soft tissue in this part, which induces pain.
