Pinyin of hair dryer
Pinyin of hair dryer: chuī Ο, fēng, jο.

The hair dryer was invented at the end of 19. Modern hair dryer is a mechanical device, which speeds up the airflow by electric means, thus generating wind power and raising the air temperature. Hair dryers are mainly used for hair drying and styling, but they can also be used for local drying, heating and physical therapy in laboratories, physical therapy rooms, industrial production and artistic design. According to the type of motor used, it can be divided into AC series excitation type, AC shielded pole type and DC permanent magnet type.

Series-excited hair dryer has the advantages of large starting torque and high rotating speed, and is suitable for manufacturing high-power hair dryers. The disadvantage is that the noise is high, and the commutator has certain interference to telecommunication equipment. The advantages of the hood rod blower are low noise, long service life and no interference with telecommunication equipment. Disadvantages are slow speed, poor starting performance and heavy weight. The advantages of permanent magnet hair dryer are light weight, high rotating speed, simple manufacturing process, low cost, good quality and low price.

Working principle of hair dryer:

When the power supply is turned on, the motor drives the fan blades to rotate, sucks air from the air inlet, is heated by the electric heating element to form hot air, and then is blown out from the air outlet. Blowers usually adjust the air supply temperature by controlling the switch of electric heating elements. When all electric heating elements are electrified and heated, hot air is blown out. When all the electric heating elements are cut off, cold air is blown out. The rotating speed of blades determines the air volume, and there are generally two levels of adjustment: soft air and fast air.

It consists of a motor, a driving blade, a heating element and an electric control switch. The motor, blade and housing structure are combined to form a micro blower. When the blades rotate, air is sucked in from the air inlet, and the centrifugal air flow thus formed is blown out from the front nozzle of the air duct. If the heating wire installed on the heating bracket in the gas nozzle has been electrified and heated, hot air will be blown out; If the selector switch does not energize the heating wire, it will blow out cold air.
