Conventional mandibular angle shaping includes three ways: one is long curve mandibular angle shaping, the other is grinding mandibular angle shaping, and the third is osteotomy mandibular angle shaping. Long curve mandibular angle plastic surgery is widely used.
This technique is to make an incision in the oral mucosa, directly see the outline of the bone with a special endoscope, and cut off the mandible with a surgical saw from above the angled mandibular angle to below the vertical line of the corner of the mouth, along the curve of the mandible. Frontal surgical repair has obvious stereoscopic effect.
