This type of trellis-type grapevine has a trunk, with main vines and lateral vines growing on the upper part of the trunk. As a result, the mother branches grow on the main vines or lateral vines, and the new shoots are evenly distributed horizontally on the shelf. . Since the distribution space of the scaffolding is large, it is suitable for vigorously growing varieties. At present, the following tree shapes are mainly suitable for cultivation on flat scaffolding.
(1) T-shaped
It is also called single-layer horizontal pruning. The tree shape is actually a single-layered double arm with a raised trunk. The stem height is 1.8~2m, with 2 main vines. When planting, the plant spacing is 1~1.2m. After the first year of fruiting, the rows are thinned to a row spacing of 6~12m. Each main vine extends 3~6m left and right, and the plant growth is stable.
(2) H shape
Suitable for multi-span greenhouses. The stem height is 1.8~2.2m, and the frame surface consists of 2 main vines and 4 lateral vines, and the fruiting branches are grouped on the side vines. The entire tree takes an H shape after falling leaves.
(3) King shape (*** arm double H shape)
Suitable for multi-span greenhouses. The stem height is 1.8~2.0m, and the frame consists of 2 main vines and 6 lateral vines, with the fruiting branches grouped on the side vines. After pruning the fallen leaves, the entire tree looks like a king shape when viewed from above.
