BS- 1200 Inclined Screen Cleaner is composed of loading car and screening car, with loading car in front and screening car behind. The loader is equipped with a wheeled excavation mechanism, which can complete the whole process of slope excavation, screening, backfilling, shaping and soil throwing, greatly improving the drainage performance of ballast bed and prolonging the overhaul period of the line.

This machine completes the following procedures in one operation flow:

Excavate ballast on one or both sides of the slope.

Conveying the excavated ballast to a screening device.

The screened ballast is backfilled on the slope.
