What kinds of property losses are there in traffic accidents?
1, compensation for direct property losses:
(1) The direct loss of road traffic accidents should also include the expenses for on-site rescue and personal injury treatment, but it does not include the indirect property loss caused by shutdown, production suspension or business suspension;
(2) Facilities refer to road safety facilities and other facilities on and near roads, such as electric power, water conservancy facilities, houses, trees and flowers, etc.
(3) the restoration is mainly in situ, and the original state is restored as far as possible, that is, the function, shape and value have not changed much;
(4) The vehicles, articles and facilities damaged by the accident cannot be repaired and need to be compensated at a discount. When discounting, the original value should be calculated, and the discount compensation should be made according to the old and new market prices and residual value of the original value;
(5) If the livestock is injured but has not lost its use value, it shall be treated on the spot. Loss of use value or death due to injury, discounted compensation after identification by relevant departments;
(6) Compensation can be made in kind with the same or similar kind and quality through negotiation between both parties;

2. Indirect losses. Indirect property loss is the expected benefit lost due to traffic accidents. It is not the reduction or damage of the victim's existing property, but the benefits that the parties will inevitably get if there is no traffic accident.
Laws and regulations: Article 60 of the Provisions on Procedures for Handling Road Traffic Accidents
The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall determine the responsibility of the parties according to the role played by their actions in road traffic accidents and the severity of their faults.
(a) due to the fault of one party caused by road traffic accidents, take full responsibility;
(2) If a road traffic accident occurs due to the fault of two or more parties, they shall bear the primary responsibility-equal responsibility and secondary responsibility respectively according to the role played by their actions in the accident and the severity of the fault;
(3) The parties are not at fault for causing road traffic accidents. If it is a traffic accident, neither party is responsible. If one party intentionally causes a road traffic accident, the other party shall not bear the responsibility.
