How to get the money back when the remote vision company goes bankrupt?
Television, a domestic company operating the O2O platform of telemedicine consortium, once attracted many county-level hospitals in China with the concept of "providing venues without spending money, using medical equipment for free and enjoying the talent support of famous hospitals in Beijing". Recently, due to operational difficulties, Television "closed down", resulting in more than 1,000 public hospitals across the country being in debt of over 100 million yuan. At present, representatives from hospitals all over the country come to the company's location, hoping to safeguard the rights and interests of hospitals. At present, relevant departments have been involved in the investigation.

The propaganda says that cooperation costs nothing.

Many public hospitals have also joined in.

"Don't spend a penny, enjoy the talent support of famous hospitals in Beijing by providing venues for free use of medical equipment" ... These slogans are very attractive to county-level public hospitals lacking funds and technology.

According to public information, Beijing TV Technology Group Co., Ltd. was established on 20 12, which is the O2O platform of domestic telemedicine consortium.

According to the industrial and commercial information, there are 59 self risks, 97 peripheral risks and 126 early warning reminders in the remote vision. In February and May this year, it was also marked as an enterprise without trust by the court, and there were 23 disputes over financial leasing contracts.

Dean Cai of Hukou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhuzhou, Hunan told Beiqing Daily: "The hospital can't afford (medical equipment) and there is no such savings." Dean Cai's hospital agreed to cooperate with the TV station after finding the project cost-effective. The financial leasing company invests in the purchase of equipment, and the hospital obtains medical treatment income through medical equipment. The cooperation period is five years. 25% of the income from diagnosis and treatment is used to repay the principal and interest of financial leasing. After the principal and interest of financing lease are repaid, the medical equipment belongs to the hospital. In addition to equipment, hospitals can also get 25% income from medical treatment. If the income from medical treatment is not enough to complete the repayment plan, Remote Vision will be responsible for the guarantee and advance the insufficient part.

Doubts in signing the contract

At present, many hospitals are in debt.

After the contract was signed, the medical equipment was delayed, but the hospital had to repay the lease as scheduled. "The total amount of cardiovascular projects we signed is 30 million, but the annual profit of the hospital is less than 6.5438+0 million, which is fatal to us." Dean Cai said, "More than 20 hospitals in Hunan Province cooperate with TV."

Many hospitals have encountered similar situations, including Jiayin People's Hospital in Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province. 20 17, the TV salesman came to the hospital for the first time to introduce the project, but Yang Dean ignored it out of caution. Later, the vice president of the hospital learned about the details of the project at a meeting in Remote Vision, and conveyed to President Yang: In addition to using medical equipment for free, doctors from a well-known hospital in Beijing will come to the hospital for surgery regularly, and hospital staff can also go to Beijing for training.

Yang Dean thought this project was good, and he also visited the hospitals that cooperated with TV stations. "We are located in a remote place, and it takes two and a half hours for ordinary people to go to the nearest top three hospitals. Through this project, patients who undergo heart surgery can get initial treatment at their doorstep. " Yang Dean said.

However, when signing the contract, Yang Dean noticed the anomalies in the contract. "What happened to the advance payment? This is inconsistent with the propaganda of' no money'. " After raising the objection, Yang Dean got the feedback that the TV station signed contracts with other hospitals in this way, and the hospitals did not have to pay. However, after signing the contract, Yang Dean was asked to sign a "Goods Acceptance Form" immediately, asking for confirmation that "all equipment has arrived". Yang Dean questioned again, and the remote vision responded, "If you don't sign, the financing company won't lend us money, and other hospitals will sign."

Three months later, Yang Dean did not wait for the medical equipment on the contract, but received a reminder from the financial leasing company. After repeated communication with the TV station, the hospital still needs to repay 1 1.5 million yuan.

In addition to Dean Cai and several hospital deans told reporters of Beiqing Daily about their similar experiences. Yesterday, the reporter of Beiqing Daily obtained a statistical table from an agent of Remote Vision, showing that 920 hospitals across the country owed huge debts due to the business model of Remote Vision, and the amount of debts far exceeded 6 billion. The reporter of Beiqing Daily noticed that most of these hospitals are county-level public hospitals, distributed in Sichuan, Shandong, Guizhou, Heilongjiang, Shanxi, Hebei, Chongqing and other provinces and cities.

The company involved went to the building.

Employees' wages are also in arrears.

"No one in the company has been in arrears with our salary since February." An employee of Remote Vision told the reporter of Beiqing Daily that due to the break of the capital chain, the company's operation was unsustainable, employees were owed wages for several months, and all the old employees had resigned.

On August 13, a group of people came to collect debts in the headquarters building of Beijing Fengtai District Remote Vision Technology Group. Among them, there are many directors of public hospitals all over the country. However, this debt collection was fruitless, and the office of Remote Vision Technology Group was empty. Wang Cailiang, the agent at the scene, told the reporter of Beiqing Daily, "I used to find several responsible staff. Now there are only two staff members at the front desk of the whole company, and they are newly recruited. I don't know anything about this company before. "
