Low-fat refreshing fruit pizza
Ingredients
Main ingredients: 98g high flour, 98g low flour, 104g warm water (35 degrees), mozzarella 120 grams of cheese
Accessories: 5 grams of yeast, 6 grams of sugar, 17 grams of butter, appropriate amount of sausage, appropriate amount of pineapple, banana, salad oil, kiwi, cherry tomatoes, walnut kernels
Method
1. Pour flour into a basin, add sugar and yeast and mix well. Slowly add water and knead into a dough until the dough is smooth and fine and the butter is softened. When the dough is left to ferment until it doubles in size, flatten it with your hands to deflate the air, then knead it into a ball and let it rest for about 15 minutes;
2. Brush the pizza pan with oil, roll it into a round cake and put it into the pizza pan. Make holes in the dough with a fork to prevent the dough from swelling during baking. Bake the pizza in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees;
3. Put the fruit in the oven for a while in advance, about 10-15 minutes at 140 degrees;
4. Cut the sausage and banana into pieces and set aside;
5. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the pizza first, then add mozzarella cheese;
6. Spread the sausage, pineapple, banana, and kiwi fruit on top , cherry tomatoes, walnut kernels;
7. Spread a layer of mozzarella on the top as directed, put it in the oven at 200 degrees, and bake on the middle layer for 15 minutes.
