Take the replacement of ordinary bar (soldering head) by ordinary process generator as an example. The main procedures for replacing the bar without lifting the rotor for maintenance are as follows (some generators need to lift the rotor to replace the bar):
(1) Prepare.
1) Remove the cover plate of the upper generator frame corresponding to the rod to be replaced.
2) Remove the wind deflector on the corresponding generator stator; The lower windshield should be removed as needed.
3) Determine the magnetic pole to be pulled out, and remove its corresponding magnetic pole connecting wire and damping ring connector.
4) Lift and pull out the corresponding magnetic pole.
5) Determine the upper and lower steel bars to be pulled out and number them one by one.
6) Spare parts column test.
(2) Remove the crossbar.
1) Remove the insulation box of stator bar joint related to replacing bar, weld the bar joint and cover it.
2) Dismantle the ropes at the ends and inclined planes of the corresponding bars, the ropes at the end hoop, and the outlet pad and inclined plane pad.
3) Exit the slot wedge, inclined wedge and cushion belt that need wire drawing bar.
4) Take out the upper rod and sandwich pad.
5) Take out the lower rod and bottom pad.
6) Clean the iron core trunking and spray low-resistance semiconductor paint when necessary.
(3) Reinstall the rod.
1) Run the bottom mat and bottom bar; The test passed.
2) Install the hypotenuse pad of the lower rod and fasten it with the end hoop.
3) Lower middle pad and upper bar; The test passed.
4) Upper cushion belt, slot wedge and inclined wedge.
5) Tighten the slot wedge; The test passed.
6) Install and cover the rebar joint, weld the joint, and the resistance test of the joint is qualified.
7) Install the joint insulation box.
8) Install opening pad and inclined pad, end and inclined tether, and tether at the lower part of slot wedge.
(4) After all the work is completed, the winding end shall be sprayed with surface coating paint according to the process requirements, and the rest parts shall be reassembled in the reverse order of disassembly.
