After this fault occurs, the oil supply will be reduced or uneven, and the engine will run unsteadily or stall.
trouble shooting
(1) When cleaning the diesel filter, emptying the oil pipe, checking the oil transfer pump or disassembling the high-pressure oil pipe, air will enter. Oil leakage due to uneven contact surface, improper position or poor gasket.
(2) The fuel in the fuel tank is insufficient, the tubing is broken, the tubing joint is loose, and the air in the fuel system is not clean.
trouble shooting
(1) For the maintenance of diesel engine oil intake fault, except what can be observed with eyes, what can't be found intuitively can be pumped by the hand of the oil transfer pump, so that there is a certain oil pressure in the oil circuit. Then observe the possible oil leakage in the oil circuit. If you still can't determine the air inlet, you can surround the suspected part with a cloth stained with diesel oil, and then pump the oil out with an oil pump. Check whether there is diesel breathing, and you can find out the fault. Loose pipe joints should be tightened, and broken ones should be repaired or replaced by welding.
(2) If the low-pressure tubing leaks oil or seeps oil, the soft pad can be filed or ground flat, and the copper pad can be burned red and softened in cold water, or replaced with a plastic pad.
(3) When the high-pressure tubing joint leaks oil, both ends of the high-pressure tubing can be reshaped and repaired. If the exhaust screw leaks oil, you can install another exhaust screw or grind it with the seat hole.
