Can snoring be treated?
Snoring can be divided into children and adults according to different people, both of which can be treated.

Children's snoring is generally due to adenoid hypertrophy, tonsil hypertrophy or adenoid and tonsil hypertrophy at the same time, which leads to sleep snoring and breathlessness. If the time is more than half a year and the drug treatment is ineffective, it is recommended to perform adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy at an early stage. After tonsillectomy, sleep snoring disappears and children's sleep is relieved, otherwise children's sleep snoring will cause sleep hypoxia and affect children's growth and development. Adult sleep snoring is mainly caused by subgingival hypertrophy, deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps, pharyngeal stenosis, tonsil hypertrophy, backward tongue base or pharyngeal stenosis. Symptoms can be relieved by nasal dilatation or pharyngeal cavity palatopharyngoplasty.

Children's snoring is generally low, which is easy to be ignored by some parents, or it may be caused by a cold. And it is easy to cause other diseases if not treated in time. Children snoring at night may also be a factor in pillows. Too high or too low a pillow can easily cause discomfort.
