How to use Maya's ready-made bones
To bind ready-made bones with Abs model, binding and adjustment are needed. The following are the general steps:

Open Maya and import your Abs model.

Open your ready-made bones. If you don't have ready-made bones, you can make them yourself. Make sure that the bones are the same size and proportion as the Abs model.

Select the Abs model, and then select the root bone in the ready-made bones (usually the uppermost bone in the spine). Then select skin > bind skin > smooth binding to create a skin binding.

After binding, you can open the ready-made bones in Maya's animation editor and apply the Abs model to the bones. In the animation editor, you can animate and adjust the model by adjusting keyframes, postures and curves.

Note: Because the skeleton structure and details of each model are different, some fine-tuning and correction may be needed in the process of binding and adjustment. At the same time, it also needs some experience and skills. If you are a beginner, it is recommended to learn basic Maya skills and skin binding methods first.
