Analog truck scale refers to a weighing instrument composed of analog sensors and analog instruments.
The signal from the analog sensor is a voltage signal, which is converted into weight by the analog instrument.
The digital sensor directly converts the pressure signal into a digital signal, and sends out a string of characters through the 485 signal. The port of the digital instrument is also port 485, which analyzes and calculates the signal sent by the sensor and displays the weight.
The analog truck scale is easily deceived by the remote control. When the sensor line is long, the signal attenuation leads to inaccurate weight, which does not exist in the digital automobile scale.
It is worth noting that analog instruments can basically connect sensors from any manufacturer, while digital instruments can only connect sensors from the same manufacturer. The reason is that digital sensors exchange information with the instrument by using the secure communication protocol, so sensors from other manufacturers cannot be connected.
