The rain grate has been paved and stabilized. Why do you need to dig?
Because it is a process sequence.

Construction technology of water-stabilized base: inspection and preparation of lower bearing layer, construction survey, lofting (sideline, midline and elevation), transportation and paving of mixture, rolling of mixture, treatment of edge-formed joints, compactness detection and health maintenance traffic control. Rainwater branch pipes and rainwater outlets can only be excavated after the water-stable layer is laid. The construction procedure is: 1. Rainwater branch pipe: survey and pay-off trench excavation pipeline foundation construction pipeline installation → all-inclusive pouring 2. Rainwater outlet: excavation and pouring of foundation pit of measuring and setting-out rainwater outlet, plastering of indoor cement mortar, backfilling of indoor fertilizer box, pouring and installation of rainwater filter. It is impossible to construct out of sequence.
