The research project "Prospective study of neck lymph node dissection for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and establishment of clinical standardized treatment model" won the third prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress in 2005 and the third prize of China Medical Science and Technology Award in 2007. In 2003, terry fox Cancer Fund completed the project of "Repair of postoperative defects and evaluation of quality of life with free tissue flap", and won the first prize of "Kanglaite Cup" clinical research in Cancer Hospital of China Academy of Medical Sciences in 2004; In 2004 and 2006, a number of clinical research projects such as "Endoscopic-assisted thyroid and parotid surgery" funded by the Fund for Returned Overseas Students of the Ministry of Education were carried out respectively.

The first author has published more than 30 papers in important magazines at home and abroad, such as Head and Neck, JSO and Oral Oncology. Participated in writing 4 works. Participated in various academic conferences and delivered more than 20 speeches, including 3 speeches at international academic conferences. He used to be the editorial board member of five core magazines, such as China Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Journal of Plastic Reconstruction Surgery and China Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. Social part-time jobs include members of Beijing Chaoyang District Political Consultative Conference, experts of medical accidents in Beijing Chaoyang District, and members of the Rehabilitation Professional Committee of China Rehabilitation Association for the Disabled.
