The hair dryer is a combination of a set of electric heating wires and a high-speed small fan. When electrified, the heating wire will generate heat, and the wind blown by the fan will become hot air after passing through the heating wire. If only a small fan rotates and the electric heating wire is not hot, then wind is blown out instead of heat.
The wind blown by the hair dryer belongs to dry wind. If it is used for too long, it is easy to cause water loss and thermal damage. The secret to minimize the damage is to pat the water off your hair with a towel, then gently comb your hair with your hands, and then use a hair dryer.
principle of operation
The blower directly relies on the motor to drive the rotor to drive the blades to rotate. When the blade rotates, air is sucked in from the air inlet, and the centrifugal air flow thus formed is blown out from the front nozzle of the punch.
When air passes through, if the heating wire installed on the heating bracket in the air nozzle has been electrified and heated, hot air will be blown out; If the selector switch does not energize the heating wire, it will blow out cold air. This is the purpose of hair dryer to dry and finalize the design.
The selector switch on the handle of the hair dryer is generally divided into three gears, namely, closed gear, cold gear and hot gear, and is marked with white, blue and red. The handle of some hair dryers is also equipped with a motor speed control switch, which is used to select the air volume and the temperature of hot air.
On the back or side of various blower housings, there is a rotatable circular air conditioning cover. By rotating the hood to adjust the cross section of the air inlet, the conveying wind speed and the temperature of hot air can be adjusted.
