Please note that there is a lock button on the back of the plug. Press hard and pull out the plug. Then, remove the intake box as a whole. Loosen the clip of the cover plate of the air intake box. Open the air intake box and you will see the air filter element. Check the old filter element and clean the gas collection box. Just install the new filter element in the opposite direction.
Regularly check and clean the dust discharge hole on the cover of the centrifugal dust collector, remove the dust adhered to the guide vane, and pour out the dust in the dust collecting cup (the amount of dust collected in the container shall not exceed 1/3 of its volume). When installing, the rubber gasket at the joint should be sealed, and there should be no air leakage, otherwise it will cause short circuit of air flow, reduce the speed of air and greatly reduce the dust removal effect.
The dust hood and deflector should keep the correct shape. If there are bumps, they should be reshaped in time to avoid changing the original design direction of airflow and reducing the filtering effect.
Some drivers are not allowed to refuel the dust cup (or plate). Because the oil is easy to splash on the dust outlet, guide vanes and other parts, this part absorbs the dust, which will eventually reduce the filtration and separation ability.
