Air-core coil winding method:
Manual winding, simple tool winding and fully automatic equipment winding. Small batch test can be completed by hand winding or simple tool winding. Winding the wire clockwise or counterclockwise on the internal mold, demoulding after completion, arranging the pins neatly, and then tinning the pins.
For simple tool winding, it is necessary to set the number of turns and winding direction of the machine with the help of numerical control winding machine, fix the wires on the internal mold of the machine, start the machine for a few seconds to complete one, then demould and tin the feet. This method looks efficient, but it is not suitable for mass production. This method wastes the working time of two processes of tin foot. If we want to produce in large quantities with high efficiency, we must choose automatic winding equipment. The efficiency is still relatively high, but the manufacturing cost is also high, and the machine debugging is complicated, which requires strong professional technical ability and high debugging cost.
Types of air-core coils:
Classification by winding structure: single-layer coil, multi-layer coil and honeycomb coil.
According to the form of inductance: fixed inductance and variable inductance.
It is divided into antenna coil, oscillation coil, choke coil, notch coil and deflection coil according to the working nature.
According to the nature of magnetic conductor, it can be divided into hollow coil, ferrite coil, iron core coil and copper core coil.
