How to move a row or column in an Excel table as a whole
1. As shown in the figure below, you want to move the number in the second line to the back of the next line.

2. First, put the mouse on the serial number "2" in line 2, and then click to select the whole line;

3. After selecting the whole line, press Ctrl+X to cut the whole line, and the border line is a dotted line, indicating that the line has been selected for editing;

4. Then put the mouse on the serial number "4" in line 4, press the right mouse button, and select "Insert copied cell" in the box that appears;

5. After clicking, you will find that the data in line 2 has been moved to line 3, and the data in line 3 has been moved to line 2. Because the number in the second line has been cut and moved, the number in the third line will move up one line. At this point, the data in line 2 has been successfully moved;

6. The method of moving the whole column is the same. First, put the mouse at the beginning of column C, select the whole column, and then press Ctrl+X to cut the whole column;

7. Then select the previous column B, right-click and select "Insert copied cell" in the pop-up box;

8. Then the original C column will be successfully moved to the current B column.
