Rabbit Meat Practice/Steps Wash the rabbit meat, then chop it, and cut the green pepper and red pepper into sections for later use.

Boil water in the pot and blanch the rabbit meat with water.

Then heat the pan, add cooking oil, and when the oil is 70% hot, add pepper, star anise and pepper to stir-fry for fragrance.

Add onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, and then stir-fry the cooked rabbit meat for about 5 minutes.

Then add some cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and sugar.

Stir-fry the fragrance, add water and cinnamon (add enough water at a time, but basically rabbit meat)

Cover the pot, steam over high fire, and when the meat is cooked, add green and red peppers and stir-fry a few times, and turn off the heat.

Drop a few drops of vinegar, sesame oil and chicken powder after turning off the fire. Then put it on a plate and take it out of the pot.
