The mid-term construction survey management mainly focuses on the post functions of the central survey group. This is the focus of the investigation team and the value of the establishment of the investigation team. Specifically, in addition to the normal supervision work such as delivery, inspection, standby and acceptance, another main work content is reflected in the measurement and determination of engineering quantity. Combined with previous work experience, I have the following ideas about the mid-term work of the investigation team:
First of all, strengthen the supervision and management of construction units. Specifically, it is to strengthen the functional communication with the contractor, carefully review the contractor's construction lofting data, and timely check and review the construction lofting of sub-projects and important processes in accordance with the requirements of technical specifications. Respond to the survey data submitted by the construction, especially strengthen the plane and elevation control inspection of bridges and tunnels, as well as the acceptance of the completion survey of subdivisional works.
Secondly, organize the implementation of tripartite joint measurement of engineering quantity measurement and change measurement. Complete indoor calculation in time and report measurement confirmation and related information. Provide basic survey data for engineering survey and improvement of construction change procedures. The following details the arrangement of related work contents.
Second, the survey supervision work
1, reply to the construction lofting inspection form. The lofting of piles in subgrade and general structures shall be supervised according to the standard frequency of inspection and evaluation requirements promulgated by the Ministry of Communications, and the sampling frequency shall be 20%; 100% high slope construction excavation lofting review; When setting out bridge piles, the sampling frequency should not be less than 50%.
2. Concealed acceptance measurement during construction. Subgrade fillers shall be inspected and sampled according to the standard frequency of inspection and evaluation requirements promulgated by the Ministry of Communications, and the sampling frequency shall be 20%; 100% pile position should be re-measured and accepted; The sampling frequency of column center acceptance is not less than 50%; The sampling frequency for the acceptance of the elevation of the cushion stone shall be100%; The acceptance of the elevation of the top surface of the beam slab shall be carried out according to the relevant requirements of the owner; The acceptance and sampling of the integration layer shall also be carried out according to the relevant requirements of the owner. The acceptance of the first section of the tunnel shall be carried out according to the relevant requirements of the owner. The final section of the tunnel shall be inspected and sampled by the supervisor according to the standard frequency of inspection and evaluation requirements issued by the Ministry of Communications, and the sampling frequency shall be 20%; The center line and elevation sampling frequency is not less than 50%.

Three, engineering survey and tripartite joint survey:

2) Significance: make sensitive issues such as engineering measurement and engineering change measurement objective, fair and transparent, and make complex and difficult change measurement simple, clear and fast; The rights and responsibilities of all parties involved in the construction have been organically unified; Strengthened mutual cooperation and mutual trust among the three subjects.
3) Procedure: Determine the intention of change survey-hold on-site meeting-distribute the minutes of change meeting-implement tripartite joint survey-submit the confirmation letter of tripartite joint survey-enter the engineering survey.

3. Some specific work practices of tripartite joint measurement.
1) recheck of original ground change: when the construction unit reports relevant measurement data of original ground change (such as cross-section change, ground elevation change of culvert entrance and exit, etc.). ), the central investigation team will promptly organize personnel to cooperate with the main body for re-inspection. Before re-checking, the construction unit is required to release the pile position according to the specific measurement method, and the measurement group should bring its own instruments for measurement. The recording method is profile method or minutiae method.
2) Measurement of soft foundation treatment: a. Three joint measurements are usually arranged in the whole process of dredging and reclamation: namely, the original ground elevation measurement in the reclamation area, the foundation pit area and basement elevation measurement after excavation, and the top surface elevation and area measurement after reclamation. B. During the whole process of clearing the platform and filling the pad, two joint surveys are generally arranged: the ground elevation measurement of the filling area after clearing the platform, and the elevation measurement of the filling area and the top after filling the pad. C. In the whole process of replacing and filling the structural basement, a joint survey is usually arranged, that is, the bottom elevation and area measurement after the basement excavation and cleaning is completed. D. In the whole process of road groove replacement and filling, a joint survey is usually arranged, that is, the elevation measurement of the foundation groove bottom after the road groove excavation is completed. After backfilling again, it is strictly required to measure the top elevation. All measurement methods are related to calculation methods. Sometimes, in order to cooperate with the actual situation of the construction site, the joint frequency measurement method and calculation method have also been modified accordingly. For example, for a large foundation pit or fill area, it is necessary to carry out joint survey or even block survey for many times until the work is completely completed. The recording method of soft foundation treatment survey generally adopts the method of unified detail points, and the cross-section method can be used for road groove replacement and filling.
3) Monthly measurement and recheck of subgrade earthwork: Monthly measurement and combined measurement of earthwork carried out regularly in subgrade construction stage are generally carried out according to the owner's requirements and by means of measurement control. During the survey, the survey team arranged personnel to follow and participate, and asked the construction unit to set out the middle piles, side piles and on-site survey data on its own, and everyone signed on the spot for confirmation. Based on the measurement data reported by the construction unit, the joint measurement data is used for review and signing.
4) Measurement of the change of earth-rock ratio: The general concept of the whole process of earth-rock ratio measurement is to arrange a joint measurement under two circumstances: a. When the construction section is excavated to the earth-rock boundary, when the parties at the site decide that the measurement can be carried out, the cross-sectional measurement is adopted, and the work carried out at the same time includes on-site sampling, camera shooting, etc. B, that is, after the excavation of subgrade stone in the construction bid section is completed, the field measurement shall be carried out according to the residual traces of the slope, and the longitudinal profile measurement method shall be adopted. At the same time, on-site sampling and video recording are carried out. Both of these methods can accurately determine the quantity of stone excavation proportion. It's just that the calculation method and data mode are different.
5) Garbage and spoil removal: There will inevitably be garbage and spoil removal at the construction site. The content is usually arranged for a joint investigation under the condition that all parties think there is a test, and the recording method adopts the detail point method.
6) Site leveling and slope filling and excavation changes: According to previous work experience, there is generally a problem of site leveling earthwork calculation changes. On the one hand, the excavation and filling workload of the slope is not considered in the design, on the other hand, the original ground elevation of the site designed by grid calculation comes from graphic data, which has a large error; Therefore, for the whole process of site leveling, it is usually necessary to arrange two joint surveys: the original ground elevation confirmation survey before leveling and the existing ground elevation acceptance survey after leveling. Slope excavation and filling shall be measured synchronously after leveling. Before the survey, the construction unit is required to do a good job of setting out the pile position. Cross-sectional method is used for investigation, and grid method can also be used in the site.
7) Earthwork construction for local ditch and road reconstruction: For the part that needs local ditch and road reconstruction, the construction unit is required to carry out actual survey and lofting before joint survey, and the whole process usually arranges two joint surveys: the original ground cross-sectional survey in the construction area before construction and the cross-sectional survey after construction. The measurement recording mode is cross-sectional mode. Of course, according to the engineering characteristics (such as local road filling is thin), only one joint survey can be carried out.
8) Engineering quantity of plastic-filled greening area: When the project enters the later plastic-filled greening period, it is difficult to define the engineering quantity in this respect, and it is necessary to carry out tripartite joint survey. For filling molding, two joint measurements are usually arranged: the ground state measurement before molding and the ground state measurement after molding. The survey method is detailed point survey of topographic map, and the recording method is detailed point method. According to the field situation, two relative coordinate systems can be used. For the measurement of green area, only one joint survey is arranged: that is, the topographic survey of the peripheral area and green area after the greening is completed. The measurement method is topographic map detail point measurement, and the recording method is detail point method.

After the above work is completed, the measurement task in the second stage is basically completed. In the process of this work, the survey team should bear in mind that reasonable adjustment and personnel deployment must be made according to the lightness, heaviness, slowness and urgency of the project construction, and the work should be serious, earnest, objective, fair and reasonable to ensure the quality and timeliness of the retest, actively cooperate with the contractor to do the inspection work, and never affect the construction progress.
Of course, the survey team may also participate in the content work of other departments, such as supplementary land acquisition review and confirmation, house construction start-up inspection line, etc. Because these contents are less and belong to the service function of the investigation team, they are not detailed in this plan.
