Doctor's own factors
The professional level of doctors. There is no doubt that the higher the level of doctors, the higher the evaluation.
The service level of doctors. There is no doubt that image, attitude, explanation and comfort will cause the deviation between the evaluation value and the real business level to a considerable extent.
Doctor's working hours (his time on the platform of good doctor) and passenger flow. The shorter the working hours, the less the passenger flow of the department, and the less credible the evaluation is. The longer the working hours, the greater the passenger flow, and the closer the evaluation is to the real situation.
Customer group factors.
Some departments, such as pediatrics, intensive care and emergency department, generally have to face people with unstable emotions. These departments may be more vulnerable to retaliatory bad reviews, resulting in the evaluation level being lower than the real level.
Information asymmetry between supply and demand sides.
Some departments, such as stomatology, dermatology, plastic surgery, otolaryngology, etc. There will be three deviations: the deviation between the patient's expectation and the doctor's expectation (the effect of laser freckle removal is mostly different between the patient and the doctor), and the deviation between the patient's evaluation and the doctor's evaluation (the patient's evaluation of rhinoplasty effect is probably different from the doctor's self-evaluation).
Deviation between price and value (needless to say, the higher the market share, the more serious the premium of high-end products and the more serious the contradiction between buyers and sellers). Deviation from these three aspects will increase the fluctuation range of evaluation. Therefore, doctors in such departments will have extreme praise and extreme bad reviews, and the overall evaluation is relatively unconvincing.
On the other hand, the popularization of popular science has made people highly aware of common diseases or major diseases, and the diagnosis and treatment has also formed a * * * cognitive norm. Because the above deviation is very small, the fluctuation of the evaluation value is also small and more reliable.
There is also a situation, such as Chinese medicine, where people's awareness is actually very low, the level of doctors is mixed, and there is no strict, unified and objective level evaluation system, which also causes serious information asymmetry between the two sides.
This makes the overall evaluation value of the industry fluctuate greatly, while the personal evaluation value of doctors will deviate greatly from the real level. Because patients know almost nothing about the disease and the diagnosis and treatment process, it is easy to cause excessive praise above the real level and excessive bad reviews below the real level.
