1. Apply local ice packs for 2-4 hours after operation to reduce local bleeding and hematoma. Be careful that the ice pack does not directly touch the wound.

2. Remove the hemostatic suture 24 hours after operation.

3. The catheter was removed 24 ~ 48h after operation.

4. Keep the vulva clean, and scrub the wound with a new gel cotton ball once a day. Wash vulva in time after defecation.

5. The stitches were removed on the 4th day after operation.

6. Use antibiotics to prevent infection after operation.
