First, workers add 15 bags of whole wheat flour, corn flour, corn flour and glucose to the blender, and these raw materials will be made into 3.2 tons of bread. In order to make the finished product swell, they will add a proper amount of baking soda. Soda powder acts faster than yeast, producing carbon dioxide bubbles to make bread swell, and it can be canned in 30 minutes. Now, workers put cans on single-row conveyor belts. When the cans reach the end of the conveyor belt, another magnetic conveyor belt will transport them to the filling workshop. Before filling, the spraying device will spray a layer of corn oil on the inner side of each can to prevent the dough from sticking to the can.
Secondly, next, another machine will can the dough at the speed of 150 cans per minute, but they can only fill half of the dough, because the dough will expand, so they must leave room for the dough to expand. If the jar is full, it will explode. Before baking, the can must pass through this machine, which will cover it slightly, because the can needs to be taken out of the steamer when baking, otherwise it will explode. Now, the operator puts the cans on the cart and prepares to send them into the huge power sterilizer. When it is full, workers will cover the lid and turn on the switch, so that high-pressure steam of 173 degrees Celsius can be injected into the abdomen to heat the cans and bake the bread. After baking for three hours, workers will open the lid, take out the cans and send them to be resealed.
Third, when the can passes through the sealing machine, the lid will be sealed by the front desk. Without air, mold can't grow, so these cans can be stored for three years without deterioration. Now, the cans are lined up, sent to another assembly line and entered the labeling workshop at the other end of the factory. When the cans pass through the machine, 18 cans can be labeled every second. Next, inspector Ed will pick up a can from the assembly line and send it to the inspection room, where they will open the can, cut it open and put it in their mouth for tasting inspection. After the inspection, the cans will be packed and transported to the local store.
