Mr. Guan Huashan, a master of Wenzhou drum ci. Guan Huashan (1916-1960.1), whose real name is Nan. In the early days of liberation, he was the chairman of Ruian Quyi Improvement Association, the first chairman of Wenzhou Quyi Association and the vice chairman of Zhejiang Quyi Association. From 65438 to 0957, he moved to Wenzhou City. At the age of thirteen, he studied under Hou Fuxiang and had a class with Mr. Chen Baohuan. 1936 Participated in Wenzhou Drum Singing Competition held by Wenzhou People's Education Center, and won the first prize for singing "The Story of Yue Bai and Diusim", thus making a name for himself. There is also a saying among the people: "See Mei Lanfang at the theatre and listen to Guan Huashan at the music". Ding Lingsheng, the only descendant of Guan Huashan, is now one of the few well-known artists in Wenzhou. Wenzhou Drum Ci is a kind of folk art popular in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province and its adjacent areas, commonly known as "lyrics". Because most artists in the past were blind, they were also called "blind words" or "blind words". Performing in Wenzhou dialect, with strong local color and unique artistic style, has been spread to the middle of Qing Dynasty. The performance form of Wenzhou Drum Ci is rap and rap alternately, and the aria is plate cavity, which is basically tuned to "tone", with neat rhythm, catchy mouth and rich plate. Its performance is based on one person's "single file" (there are also couples, brothers and sisters, apprentices and other double files), and the actors play the clavichord as a rap accompaniment.
