Step 2 amend

According to the size and depth of the scratch, select appropriate grinding materials, such as 1500 grindstone, 9um grinding disk or beauty mud, to polish the scratch surface. Generally, manual operation is used for grinding, and grinding/polishing machine or grinder can also be used for grinding and polishing. Be careful not to wear through the paint. If the paint surface is worn out and the middle paint layer is exposed, the paint surface must be sprayed to remedy it.

Step 3 reduce

Shallow scratches have been basically removed from the polished paint surface. Some hair scratches, rotary printing, etc. The paint left in the polishing operation can be reduced by surface treatment. The method is: use a small piece of non-woven fabric to evenly coat the reducing agent on the paint surface, and then polish it until the paint surface is completely consistent with the original coating color.

Step 4 wax

After the paint surface is reduced, it should be waxed. The method is as follows: first, mash the solid polishing wax and put it in gasoline for hot solution. First, wet the repaired part with clean cotton yarn dipped in gasoline, and then wipe it after it is fully dipped in wax. Be sure to wipe it repeatedly until the paint surface is smooth and bright.

When waxing, the whole surface of the car can also be waxed and polished at the same time. The method is: wipe the wax with clean cotton yarn, and then coat it with wax until the paint surface is clear and shiny. Finally, wipe it with flannel.

5. Quality inspection

After the above procedures are completed, the appearance quality of the repaired surface should be checked, and the key point of the inspection is that the color of the coating must be exactly the same as that of the original paint surface. If there are differences, it means that the surface cleaning and waxing and polishing are not completely in line with the requirements, and they should be reworked if necessary.
