Brief introduction of Neijiang First People's Hospital
Neijiang First People's Hospital was founded by Neijiang Highway Health Station of Ministry of Interior and Health before liberation. Bloodshed 1937 "July 7th Incident" broke out in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, and Neijiang, a sweet city, was bombed twice by Japanese planes. According to the fact that "since the Anti-Japanese War, refugees have migrated along highways, the labor force has greatly increased, infectious diseases have been stolen, and many people have died", the National Government has set up health stations on major highways to carry out on-site first aid, diagnosis and treatment, vaccination and other work. Neijiang Highway Health Station was established on March 28th. 1939 is located on Tuojiang Road outside the south gate of Neijiang. There are only 23 people in the station, with doctor Yu Wei as the director, who shoulders the heavy responsibility of resisting Japan and saving the people. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, it was renamed Neijiang County Health Center. After 74 years of construction, it has now developed into a three-level first-class general hospital in Neijiang with the largest scale, the most comprehensive disciplines, the strongest technical force, the most advanced equipment and the best diagnosis and treatment conditions, which integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, first aid, rehabilitation and preventive health care.
