Trade union organizations at all levels in Xi'an unswervingly adhere to the path of socialist trade union development with Chinese characteristics, use the scientific outlook on development to guide the overall work of the trade union, and fully implement the trade union work policy of "organizing and effectively safeguarding rights". The Xi'an Federation of Trade Unions carries out work around the party's central tasks in accordance with the Trade Union Law, the China Trade Union Charter and the resolutions of the Trade Union Congress. The main tasks are:
