Announcement on Public Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions in the Second Half of 2009 in Chongwen District, Beijing

In order to implement the "Interim Regulations on Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions" (former Order No. 6 of the Ministry of Personnel) and " In the spirit of the Notice on Issues Concerning the Open Recruitment of Replenishment Personnel in Public Institutions in Beijing (formerly Beijing Municipal Personnel Bureau Jingrenfa [2004] No. 58) and in combination with the actual needs of public institutions in our district, the public recruitment of public institutions in the second half of 2009 is now Announcements on staff-related matters are as follows:

1. Recruitment positions, targets and application conditions

(1) Recruitment positions

Management positions in public institutions in Chongwen District, Professional and technical positions (see attachment 1 for specific positions).

(2) Recruitment targets

1. Unemployed graduates who graduated in 2009 or before;

2. Social workers with certain work experience.

(3) Application conditions

1. Abide by the constitution and laws, and have good conduct;

2. Have a Beijing urban household registration;

3. Possess corresponding academic qualifications recognized by the country;

4. Be in good health and able to work normally;

5. Other conditions required for the recruitment position (age requirements apply) , the age calculation method is: age = 2009 - year of birth).

6. Public institutions shall implement an avoidance system for open recruitment of personnel. Applicants who have a marital relationship, direct blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations or close marriage relationship with the person in charge of the employing unit shall not apply for the secretary or personnel, financial, and disciplinary inspection positions of the person in charge of the unit, as well as those who have direct superiors and subordinates relationship positions.

2. Registration arrangements

(1) Registration time

Bus route: Take the subway, or take bus No. 8, 39, 41, 43, 60, 104, 106, 108, 110, 111 in Chongwen Get off at Men Station.

(3) Registration requirements

1. Each person is limited to one position;

2. The applicant must bring the following materials (all originals are required) to register on site :

(1) Complete and accurate registration form (Attachment 2) with my signature on the integrity statement;

(2) My ID card, household register (or household register) card);

(3) Academic certificates, professional title certificates, professional qualification certificates, award certificates and other supporting materials that meet the requirements for the position applied for;

(4) Two copies of the same page A recent one-inch bareheaded photo.

3. Candidates who provide false information will be disqualified once verified.

4. After passing the review by the employer and the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau), the applicant will receive the admission ticket on site and participate according to the examination arrangement, which will be organized by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau exam.

3. Exam Arrangement

(1) Written Examination

The written examination is a comprehensive ability test, which mainly examines the basic ability level and knowledge to work in this position. The basic abilities focus on five abilities: reading comprehension, judgment and reasoning, data analysis, numerical reasoning and calculations, and verbal expression. The knowledge part mainly involves law, technology, current affairs, etc. that staff in public institutions should know and understand.

There is no designated training institution or reference book for this written examination.

1. Time: 9:00-11:00 am on November 14, 2009 (Saturday).

2. Location: See admission ticket.

3. Format: It adopts a completely objective question format, and candidates must answer on the machine-readable answer sheet.

4. Announcement of results: On December 4, 2009 (Friday), the written examination results and passing scores will be announced on the website of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (formerly the website of the District Personnel Bureau).

(2) Professional skills test and interview

1. Candidates who apply for professional skills test positions must pass the written test before they can participate in the professional skills test; those who pass the test will be admitted based on their test scores. In order from high to low, interview candidates will be determined based on a ratio of 1:3 between the planned number of recruits and the number of interviewees. If the ratio is less than 1:3, the interview candidates will be determined based on the actual number of qualified candidates.

2. Candidates who apply for positions without professional skills test, within the scope of qualified candidates with written test scores, will be interviewed in the order of written test scores from high to low, with a ratio of 1:3 between the planned number of recruits and the number of interviewees. Candidates, if the ratio is less than 1:3, will be determined based on the actual number of qualified candidates.

3. The professional skills test and interview will be conducted before December 20, 2009 (Sunday). The specific time will be notified separately by the recruiting unit.

(3) Announcement of the total score

The total score will be announced on the website of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on December 22, 2009 (Tuesday). The calculation method of the total score is:

1. For positions with professional skills tests, the total score will be calculated using a percentage system based on the ratio of written test scores accounting for 30%, professional skills test scores accounting for 30%, and interview scores accounting for 40%;

2. For positions without professional skills tests, the total score will be calculated using a percentage system based on the ratio of written test scores accounting for 50% and interview scores accounting for 50%.

4. Determine the personnel to be hired

(1) Physical examination and inspection

Conduct a physical examination and inspection on the candidates with the first overall score. If they are unqualified, they will be Ranked in order from high score to low score based on total score.

(2) Announcement

Candidates who pass the physical examination and inspection will be announced as candidates for employment on January 11, 2010 (Monday) on the website of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Acceptance Social supervision, the publicity period is 7 days.

(3) Go through the transfer procedures

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or the problems reported do not affect the employment, the transfer will be handled and the employment procedures will be performed in accordance with relevant regulations.
