This year, it mainly experienced the comprehensive pipe trench construction and subgrade replacement of East Line 3 1# at the beginning of the year, the measurement construction of road rainwater outlets and passing rainwater pipes in August, and the bell mouth construction of comprehensive pipe trench in June 5438+February.

During the construction of the comprehensive pipe trench project, while completing the survey and setting out of the project construction, I also participated in the preparation of the construction scheme, technical disclosure, elevation control, steel bar binding inspection, formwork installation, concrete pouring, waterproof construction and other technical issues, and sometimes I also participated in the issuance of the material requisition. In the construction survey and setting-out, I can skillfully use instruments, locate quickly and accurately, and ensure that the construction progress of the project will not be delayed. In pipe trench construction, through the engineering quality inspection of the construction team, we can learn practical construction techniques and urge the construction team to catch up with the construction progress as much as possible, so as to complete the project as soon as possible. After the trench construction is completed, we will check the quality problems inside the trench together with our colleagues, and contact the construction team in time to conduct a comprehensive maintenance of the problematic trench parts. Especially when checking the settlement joint and floor leakage, record and mark the pile number of the leakage part in the groove, and ask the waterproof team to block the leakage part of the groove in time. After plugging, conduct a second inspection to ensure that the trench is watertight.

Before the subgrade replacement construction, my colleagues and I began to feed materials day and night, such as weathered sand and stone slag. In the process of construction, we measured the setting-out many times to ensure that the deviation between subgrade replacement and drawing design is the smallest. And command the excavator to excavate half of the subgrade first, because the road below is soft foundation, and comprehensive excavation will lead to other projects not being constructed at the same time. In the process of subgrade replacement, we measure the actual elevation of the pavement in time and compare it with the design elevation, so as to ensure that the construction materials are not wasted and the replacement width is well controlled under the premise of ensuring the construction quality. When the pavement layer is weathered with sand, because it has not been contacted before, the compactness of weathered sand is not known at first, which leads to uneven pavement after being crushed by the roller. Later, we first confirmed the subgrade condition, and then controlled the elevation of weathered sand to minimize the secondary construction.

In August, I not only strengthened my practical ability, but also learned a lot of practical construction skills by locating the rain mouth and passing through the rain pipe, controlling the elevation during excavation, installing the pipe and calculating the engineering quantity afterwards. For example, in the absence of building coordinates, Pythagorean theorem is used to make it vertical to ensure that the rain outlets are symmetrical with each other and perpendicular to the road center line. These are unheard of before.

Summary of the annual work of road construction 2 xx years passed by us in a blink of an eye. This year is a tense and fulfilling year. This year's work and study let me grow up in time. Over the past year, with the strong leadership and care support of the project and company leaders, and with the help of my colleagues, I have made great progress personally, but I am also aware of many shortcomings. The related work is summarized as follows:

1, work completed

Xx years, mainly responsible for the measurement of subgrade, bridge and culvert and the drawing of xx engineering change map. The survey work runs through the whole project, including re-survey and setting out in the early stage of construction, construction lofting, turn-over detection during construction and completion acceptance. You can learn a lot from measurement. First, you can be fully familiar with the drawings and gradually understand the construction process and quality inspection standards, so as to better carry out quality inspection in actual management.

At the beginning of the year, xx project entered the final stage, and subgrade submission became the top priority, which not only related to the project schedule and cost, but also related to the winning probability of xx Expressway. However, due to the weather and other reasons, the inspection progress is slow, and the owner has also formulated a series of reward and punishment measures. In order to complete the inspection of the road groove as soon as possible, the project department set up a special road groove inspection team, and I was responsible for the roadbed leveling work. In order to speed up the construction progress, I eat at the construction site at noon every day and start working after eating. While ensuring the quality of subgrade, I tried many leveling methods, and finally decided to adopt the "buried brick leveling method", that is, in the central separation zone. Bricks are buried in both sides, and the elevation is adjusted to be 2-3cm higher than the design, which can basically ensure one-time completion, greatly speeding up the progress of road slot submission. Finally, in May of xx year, all the road slots were submitted first, which was affirmed and rewarded by the owner, laying a solid foundation for winning the bid for xx project.

In June, formally took over the engineering change of xx project. Because I took over late, there was no handover procedure, and I was only responsible for drawing the change map before, and I didn't fully understand the change procedures and related management methods, so I was at a loss. The hardest part is actually in the beginning Now that you have done it, you should start from the most difficult place.

First of all, find the bidding documents, technical specifications and the documents issued by the owner and director about the change, fully understand the change procedures and the information that a complete change should have, understand these, then familiarize yourself with the bill of quantities, understand the payment details and unit price, and the next step is to collect the relevant information needed for the change. At the beginning, because I didn't understand the reasons and contents of many changes, many of the change materials had errors in engineering quantity calculation, unknown data sources, and no original records and electronic versions, so I could only find out the details of various changes through various inquiries, and then ask the owner, design representative and supervision office about some uncertain schemes, and report the revised change materials in time after understanding them.

At first, due to lack of experience, problems often occur, so I communicated with design representatives, even went to their residence to consult humbly, and then wrote down the main points myself. After completing the drawings, I sent them to the design representatives first, and then reported them to the supervisors and owners after verification, thus avoiding repeated rework and learning the design concepts of many engineering drawings. This is priceless wealth. In order to better handle the last change in xx, I gave up my vacation this year and devoted myself to my work. At present, 59 change memos have been submitted, 4 1 copy have been approved, 43 change orders have been submitted and 51copy has been approved.

In August, it was transferred to xx project engineering department to be responsible for the change and commencement report, and at the same time, the change at the end of xx was handled. In my normal work, I strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, be strict with myself, dare to be responsible in my work, be able to integrate theory with practice, and successfully complete the work goals and tasks assigned by the leaders. By the end of the year, the work-start report of each sub-project of H ramp 1 bridge and K0+000 overpass bridge has been compiled.

2. Ideological construction.

Over the past year, we have actively studied Marxism-Leninism and formed an ideological line of integrating theory with practice and seeking truth from facts. Read professional books and technical specifications frequently, improve personal ability, study hard and ask more questions at ordinary times, consult experienced colleagues humbly, summarize working methods, and maximize work efficiency.

3.20xx work plan

A lot of preliminary work, including the audit of quantities, the preparation of the report on the commencement of sub-projects and the handling of the changes left over by the end of xx, needs to be completed within the time limit. The urgent task is to handle the change of xx as soon as possible, because xx Road has been opened to traffic, and the final accounts of the project will be carried out soon. The progress of the change directly determines the progress of the project final accounts. First of all, we will prepare and improve the first commencement report of each project in the early stage of xx, and then focus on the audit of quantities and work overtime to deal with the changes at the end of xx.

At present, construction teams have entered the site one after another, large-scale construction work is about to start, and various sub-projects will also start one after another. According to the construction plan and the actual situation on site, prepare the commencement report of each sub-project and the special construction plan in advance to ensure the smooth construction. Fully familiar with the tender documents, design documents and construction drawings, carefully analyze and study the terms of the contract, often go deep into the construction site for investigation and study, and communicate with the resident office, the director's office, the design representative and the owner in time when finding the parts that need to be changed, make rational use of the site conditions, and put forward a change plan that is conducive to optimizing the construction conditions and improving the economic benefits of the project.

In the future work, we must learn more and ask more questions, understand the job responsibilities, do our job well, study at work, work in study, learn from experienced colleagues in the department, learn more at ordinary times, communicate with those who don't understand in time, get familiar with the work process as soon as possible, and master the essentials, so as to lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of future work.

Annual work summary of highway construction 3 1 page. General situation of the project: Li Antang Road starts from Shimen Lake intersection and ends at the intersection of Guan Jing Road and Liaowushan Road, with a total length of 2. 1 1Km and a subgrade width of 40m, including 24m motor vehicle lanes and 24m non-motor vehicle lanes, with 6m green isolation belt in the middle and 5 m sidewalks on both sides. The pavement grade is asphalt concrete pavement. Total investment of the project 104073600 yuan. The project scope includes subgrade, pavement, public trench, rainwater engineering, sewage engineering, sidewalk and kerb engineering, excluding traffic engineering, street lamp engineering and greening engineering. Contract term: 240 calendar days.

Second, the project preparation:

1. Construction unit

In order to implement the project with high quality, high speed and high efficiency, the project management department of Hongtian Road Phase II Road Project of our company was established. There are seven management departments and three construction teams, including comprehensive office management department, engineering department, quality inspection department, planning and statistics department, materials and equipment department, finance department and security department. Construction organization design prepared by the project department, etc. , and defined the internal management system and organizational form.

2. Personnel preparation

In terms of personnel composition, assist engineers in selecting outstanding engineering and technical leaders and all their engineering and technical personnel and management personnel. These people all have corresponding qualifications, and all eight members have qualification certificates and have certain experience in urban road construction and management. In order to ensure the Excellence of the project, we will train the above-mentioned personnel and make serious technical disclosure before construction. Further strengthen everyone's safety awareness and quality awareness; Further improve everyone's technical quality and civilized quality; Further enhance the professional ability and overall combat capability of various professionals and professional teams.

3. Equipment preparation

According to the construction content of this project, the company has equipped excellent equipment that can meet the requirements of subgrade earthwork excavation and filling, mixing, transportation, paving and rolling of sewer and pavement engineering mixture, and the equipment integrity rate is 100%. In order to ensure the normal operation of all kinds of equipment in the whole process, the company will provide three skilled technicians for this project.

4. Material preparation

The quality of materials is directly related to the quality of the project, and the procurement and transportation of materials are directly related to the progress of the project. So material preparation is very important. Once winning the bid, we will conduct a further comprehensive investigation on the source, quality, output and price of various materials, carefully test them, then select suppliers, and sign supply contracts in time on specifications, quality, price, delivery time and quantity to ensure the timely start and continuous operation of the project.

5. Mixing station construction

In order to reduce land lease, save cost and land resources, it is planned to jointly build cement stabilized mixture mixing station and asphalt concrete mixing station. According to the field investigation, the mixing station is planned to be built in a place with convenient traffic roads, water and electricity connection and close to the construction area, which can not only avoid noise and dust pollution of the mixing station, but also be beneficial to production.

6. On-site construction of project department and construction team

In order to facilitate management and start construction as soon as possible, the project department and the construction team will rent a house near the construction site. Earthwork equipment and equipment such as pavement paving, rolling, maintenance and concrete pipeline hoisting are arranged to be parked on the ground next to the project department and the construction team, and all the equipment in the mixing station is parked in the mixing station.

7. Contact and arrangement of spoil ground and borrow ground

Before the project starts, it is necessary to assign special personnel to contact the spoil ground and borrow ground, and arrange transportation roads in the field. The spoil ground and borrow ground shall meet the quantity requirements and quality requirements of spoil ground and borrow ground respectively. Whether it is a garbage dump or a borrow yard, we will never destroy the surrounding ecological environment and sanitary environment.

8. Do a good job in construction layout, improve facilities, technical disclosure and construction lofting.

Before construction, the technical director shall make a comprehensive technical disclosure to the construction management personnel, construction team leaders and their backbones, so as to make them fully familiar with drawings, specifications and construction procedures. Once started, it will make us work nervously and orderly, with high speed, high quality and safety and civilization.

Before construction, the survey team shall first do a good job of re-measuring the control piles handed over by the design unit, and then carry out the construction lofting survey of the started projects in turn according to the starting order of the sub-projects and sub-projects.

Third, the subgrade earthwork construction

1. Earthwork excavation

(1) Organize the construction according to the construction method of measuring and setting out → mechanical excavation (excavation by layers to subgrade design elevation) → trimming slope and base surface → base compaction → acceptance.

(2) Construction method

First, survey and set out, set out the center line and excavation sideline, remove the surface humus soil according to the thickness required by the specification, push it to both sides of the route with bulldozer, load it with loader, and transport it to the designated place for stacking with 10t dump truck. After foundation cleaning, measure and release the excavation sideline in time. For deep excavation, 1m3 excavator and 10t dump truck are used to excavate and transport them to the backfill area in layers, and bulldozers are used to push them to the backfill area at close range. Bulldozers dig shallowly, loaders load them and transport them to the fill area, and bulldozers push the soil to the backfill area at close range. The soil in the side ditch in the backfill area can be directly placed on the subgrade with a backhoe and leveled and rolled by a bulldozer. During construction, attention should be paid to the balanced allocation of earthwork and backfilling nearby to avoid waste and slowdown caused by back-and-forth transshipment. According to the design requirements, the transverse slope of subgrade is trimmed by bulldozer, and then compacted by YZ 18T self-propelled vibratory roller.

2. Earthwork backfill

The soil for this project is provided by the excavation section of the side ditch, but the backfill project needs to be filled with soil. Choose the nearest borrow yard on both sides of the route and transport it to the backfill section by 10t dump truck.

(1) construction sequence

Measuring and setting out → cleaning foundation → rolling base → backfill soil → layered rolling → shaping slope → forming foundation surface → acceptance.

(2) Construction method

① Measuring and setting out: setting out the center line and sideline according to the designed slope and ground elevation.

(2) Foundation cleaning: unqualified materials such as surface turf, weeds, roots and silt that affect the quality of subgrade shall be removed within the occupied area of subgrade according to the requirements of construction specifications, and shall be removed by bulldozer, and the removed materials shall be transported to the designated place by car.

③ Compaction before filling: After the subgrade is cleared and leveled, determine the water content of soil. If it is too wet, open it with a plow and let it cool. If it is too dry, spray water with a sprinkler. If the water content is appropriate, use a self-propelled vibratory roller to compact it.

④ Determination of test parameters: First, select the filling test section and determine the construction parameters such as paving thickness, water content, rolling times and mechanical selection. After the test section is successful, the whole section shall be backfilled.

⑤ Earth borrowing: The soil used for subgrade is divided into two parts, one part comes from the soil adjustment in the excavation section, which is transported to the backfill area by excavators and dump trucks, and pushed to the backfill area at close range by bulldozers. The other part comes from filling with soil, which is transported to the backfill area by dump trucks.

⑥ Laying: The subgrade shall be filled in layers from one end, and the lowest recess shall be backfilled first to create a relatively flat and open working face. The soil should be laid in rows on the left and right sides of the vehicle, equidistant from the front and back, and the bulldozer should level off from one end. Before construction, determine the virtual paving thickness according to the parameters determined in the rolling test section, and pave according to the specified thickness. Surveyors timely detect and accurately control the paving thickness and surface smoothness of each layer. Backfill paving shall be leveled by bulldozer and leveled by grader. On-site water content detection should be carried out before loading soil. For soil materials with high water content, they should be dried. For soil materials with low water content, water should be controlled in time and stirred evenly with plowshares. After the soil moisture content is appropriate, it should be leveled and rolled in time.

⑦ Rolling: After the backfill is paved and leveled, it will be rolled by a vibratory roller, which will be used for static pressure for the first time and strong vibration for the second time; Vibration compaction shall ensure that the wheel pressure of wheelset is 1/3 wheel width, the wheels move back and forth alternately, and the rolling times shall be determined according to the rolling test parameters. After the rolling is qualified, the next working procedure shall be constructed and backfilled to the subgrade design elevation in layers. Attention should also be paid to the formation of road arch and smooth drainage during construction, so as to facilitate drainage in rainy days. In order to ensure the compactness of the slope, the width of the slope should be over-filled by 30cm during construction, and it is strictly forbidden to have insufficient slope. After the subgrade is formed, the formed slope shall be trimmed at one time according to the designed slope, and the over-filled soil shall be removed and transported away.

Fourth, the pavement base construction

(1) Gravel base is transported by dump truck, spread by paver, rolled by roller, and maintained.

(2) cement stabilized macadam base paving

Before construction, the subbase should be inspected and accepted, and construction can only be carried out on the premise that the subbase meets the technical standards. Before subbase construction, survey and lofting shall be carried out, and cement stabilized macadam base shall be paved according to lofting elevation.

(3) Cement concrete pavement construction

(1) construction preparation:

First of all, check the quality of the base: measure the geometric size, road arch, flatness, compactness, center line, sideline and joint line of the pavement, set temporary leveling points on the roadside, and check the elevation of the pavement during construction.

(2) Installation template:

The concrete slab is laid with the width of one lane as the width of the pavement slab, so the formwork on both sides of the slab is installed just along the lane line. The side formwork adopts steel formwork, and its height is equal to the thickness of concrete slab. The height of the top surface of the formwork shall be calibrated with a spirit level, and the interior shall be coated with soap or waste engine oil for demoulding. The installed template is marked with the joint position.

③ Preparation of concrete:

Mix proportion should ensure the design strength, wear resistance, durability and workability of concrete. Based on compressive strength

Mixed design, strength test and bending strength. The sand, stone and cement used should be weighed according to the allowable error, and the amount of water added should be strictly controlled.

(4) Transportation of concrete:

Dump trucks should be used for transportation. Transport vehicles should prevent slurry leakage and segregation, and cover them to prevent water evaporation.

(5) concrete paving

Before concrete paving, the spacing, height, lubrication, support stability, flatness and wettability of the base, as well as the location of steel bars and dowel bar devices should be comprehensively checked. After the concrete mixture truck arrives at the paving site, it is generally poured directly into the installed side formwork road groove and repaired evenly manually. If the mixture is separated, stir it evenly with a shovel. When paving, it shall not be scattered, and the method of square shovel and buckle shovel shall be adopted for paving to maintain the uniformity of the mixture. The height of loose paving is determined by experiments, and the pavement elevation meets the design. When the mixture is spread to half the thickness, it will be vibrated with an internal vibrator after leveling, and then paving will continue. In the area where continuous casting is required, the pouring construction process shall not be interrupted, and water shall not be added because the mixture is dry.

⑥ Vibrating of concrete

Paved concrete mixture shall be vibrated uniformly with flat vibrator and plug-in vibrator immediately. When vibrating concrete mixture, plug-in vibrator should be used to vibrate the corner of the template edge that flat vibrator can't vibrate. The moving distance of internal vibrator should not be more than 0.5 times of its action radius, and collision between formwork and steel bar should be avoided. Secondly, fully vibrate with a flat vibrator. Vibrating should overlap 10-20cm. When vibrating at the same position, when the water cement ratio is less than 0.45, the vibrating time should not be less than 30 s; When the water-cement ratio is greater than 0.45, it should not be less than 15S, subject to no more bubbles and cement slurry.

After the concrete is fully vibrated, it will be further dragged and vibrated with a vibrating rod for preliminary leveling. Drag the vibrating beam back and forth for 2-3 times, so that the surface is submerged and bubbles are driven away. The moving speed of the vibrating beam should be slow and uniform, and the forward speed should be 1.2- 1.5m/min. For uneven places, artificial filling and leveling should be done in time. Filled with finely mixed virgin pulp, not with pure mortar, and the vibrating beam shall not stop over when traveling. The traction rope should not be too short to reduce the inclination of the vibrating beam bottom, and the vibrating beam bottom should be kept straight. When the bending exceeds 2mm, it should be investigated or replaced.

Finally, it is further rolled and kneaded with a flat roller, so that the surface is further slurried and evenly mixed. If it is found that there is still a big height difference between the concrete surface and the arch slab, it should be filled in again and rolled and leveled again. Finally, hang up the line to check the flatness. If it is found that it does not meet the requirements, it should be further processed and scraped until the flatness meets the requirements.
