Auricular hematoma usually occurs in the upper half of auricle. When the syringe sucks out the contents, it starts with red blood, and with the development of time, it will draw out brown blood. If left untreated, its blood will be absorbed, and other parts of the auricle will become hard and swollen, which will become very ugly.
To treat auricle hematoma, the hematocele should be extracted with a syringe, and the swollen part should be squashed, bandaged and compressed. When it is sucked out repeatedly, but it will soon accumulate blood and swell, it will be treated by surgical incision.
