Working principle:
The high-precision displacement sensor on the taper gauge measuring trolley is used to measure the change value of the inner wall of copper tube. The specific process is to pull the trolley on the inner wall or one side of the copper tube of the crystallizer at a uniform speed by hand. A plurality of displacement sensors measure the inner wall of Fiona Fang billet copper tube and the side of slab crystallizer point by point in real time, and transmit the data to the computer through serial communication. Then, according to the measured values of multi-angle sensors, the contour curve of the inner wall of the copper tube of the crystallizer is drawn by special software, and finally the taper value is calculated. According to the taper value, the taper adjustment report is presented to the user.
