Commonly used cosmetic injection techniques include the following: (1) Softening scars: This method can be used when hypertrophic scars and keloids are not suitable for surgery. When the scar is small, a syringe with a No. 6 needle can be used to push the medicine to the lesion; when the scar is large and hard, it is best to use a needleless syringe. The needle-less syringe uses the principle of high-pressure jet to inject medicine into scar tissue to soften the scar. Generally, injections are given 1-2 times a week. Commonly used drugs are triamcinolone acetate suspension, Kangin Ketong A, etc. This method is not ideal for extremely large scars.

(2) Injection method to treat armpit odor: The traditional treatment method for armpit odor is to surgically remove the skin with apocrine glands. However, due to the high movement of this area, it is easy to rub, leaving local scars, which is very uncomfortable. Injecting the drug under the skin of the armpit can atrophy the apocrine sweat glands, which is more effective in treating mild underarm odor and avoids the pain of surgery. The specific method is: mix 65 ml of 95% alcohol, 30 ml of 20% nocaine solution, and 5 ml of 20% lidocaine, and subcutaneously inject one side of the armpit at a time, 8 to 10 ml on each side, and inject 8 to 10 ml on each side. 3-4 times, 1-2 weeks apart each time. After the armpit odor on one side has healed, inject the other side.
(3) Facial liquid silicone injection: Small depressions in certain parts of the face can be filled by injecting silicone. If a certain area is low, it can be plumped up by injecting silicone. Injection rhinoplasty is a type of liquid silicone injection on the face. This kind of silica gel is stable in nature. It is divided into two types, Type VIII and Type B, in vitro. After mixing at a ratio of 1:1 and injected into the body, it will solidify and harden in a few minutes. If the mixture is prepared in correct proportions and solidifies completely, it will not be toxic or irritating to the human body. However, a small number of people have allergic reactions to silicone; and because after the silicone is injected, the silicone will partially penetrate into the normal tissues of the human body, making it difficult to remove it once injected, so you must be careful when choosing it. At present, most domestic experts do not favor the use of liquid silicone injection filling.
(4) Hemangioma sclerotherapy injection: Cavernous hemangioma, especially hemangioma growing on the face, greatly affects the appearance, and sometimes can rupture and bleed, so it should be treated as soon as possible. For unencapsulated cavernous hemangioma, injecting sclerosing agent into the tumor cavity can cause the tumor to harden, shrink and regress. The commonly used sclerosing agent is 5% cod liver sodium oleate, which must be injected in planned batches and zones. The dose depends on the size of the tumor, 0.5-5 ml each time, injected once every 5-7 days, the total amount can reach several 10 ml, and the local area needs to be compressed and bandaged after injection. There will be local swelling and pain, general fever and other reactions within 2-3 days after the injection. The reaction will subside in about a week, and only then can the second injection be given.
