1. The moving speed of the movable beam of the hydraulic press depends on the liquid supply of the pump, and has nothing to do with the deformation resistance of the forging during processing. If the liquid supply of the pump is constant, the working speed of the oil press is also constant.
2. The liquid supply pressure and power consumed by the pump are related to the deformation resistance of the machined workpiece. When the working deformation resistance is large, the liquid supply pressure and power consumed by the pump are also large, and vice versa.
3. The constant travel speed of the movable beam and the change of pump supply pressure can be used as signals to control the distributor, thus realizing the automatic control of the hydraulic press.
4. Low capital investment, small floor space and simple daily maintenance. The hydraulic pump in the pump direct drive system is selected according to the maximum working speed and working pressure of the hydraulic press, but when the oil filling stroke, return stroke, auxiliary process and required working pressure of the hydraulic press are small, the hydraulic pump is not fully utilized, especially for the large-tonnage hydraulic press, and its utilization coefficient is very low. Therefore, the hydraulic press tends to drive the working speed and pressure in stages.
