Is hyaluronic acid good?
At present, hyaluronic acid is divided into HA hyaluronic acid and non-HA hyaluronic acid. HA is the abbreviation of hyaluronic acid in English, and its Chinese name is "hyaluronic acid (HA)". Hyaluronic acid, with its unique molecular structure and physical and chemical properties, has many important physiological functions in vivo, such as lubricating joints, regulating the permeability of blood vessels, regulating the diffusion and operation of protein, water and electrolytes, and promoting wound healing. Most importantly, it connects collagen and elastin in the body. It has a special water retention function and contains 1000 times its own weight of water.

Hyaluronic acid can improve skin nutrition metabolism, make skin soft, smooth and wrinkle-free, increase elasticity, prevent aging, and is a good transdermal absorption promoter while moisturizing. Combined with other nutrients, it can play an ideal role in promoting nutrient absorption. HA hyaluronic acid is a common filler in restylane, Ivan and Si Nuo hospitals. Non-HA hyaluronic acid is calcium, collagen and PMMA (tissue regeneration derivatives), and calcium and collagen can be ingested in the diet. Types of hyaluronic acid: Revision, revision, Restylane, YVOIRE, artecoll, etc. Among them, hyaluronic acid commonly used in Korea is Joyaden, restylane and Ivan.
