It can also be put into the mold first and then poured at one time.
The technological process is as follows: molding-casting. The role of the mold is to make the processed raw materials conducive to molding and mass production. Although the proportions of various imitation crystal glue materials are different, the manufacturing process is the same. Formula (calculated by mass ratio): plexiglass monomer (polymethyl methacrylate solution) 100, plexiglass plate (molded 3-5 mm thick) < 6, dibutyl phthalate solution 4-6, azodiisobutyronitrile white crystal 0- 1 0 (toxic, please pay attention to safety during operation). Moulds are generally made of flat glass, such as simple square and round moulds. Silicon glass (flat glass) can be cut into the required geometric shapes and fence edges with a glass cutter, and then the edges can be adhered to the bottom glass with glass glue, which should be adhered to the outside of the mold. If the edge is uneven, it should be smoothed with a grinding wheel.
It should be noted that the pursuit of high-precision handicrafts requires the use of silicone rubber or metal to make a three-dimensional mold, and the smoothness in the mold is directly proportional to the surface smoothness of the molded product.
