Find the Rotate Instance tool in the assembly interface.

Click Rotate Instance, then select the fastener and press the middle mouse button to end the selection. In the first coordinate system that appears, directly click the middle mouse button to use the origin coordinates (0.0, 0.0, 0.0) by default, and enter the coordinates (0.0, 1.0, 0.0) in the second coordinate system (by looking at your graph). Then click the middle mouse button, and a rotation angle will appear: enter an angle of 90.
