I usually use it, leaving a large part of eggs 1/2, leaving only a little brush on the surface. In this way, one egg can fix a loaf of bread. Mix and stir the raw materials evenly.
8. According to the size of my baking tray, divide it into equal parts. My baking tray is an 8-inch long baking tray, so I made eight equal portions. The dough is divided into four parts, and one part is divided into two parts. Vent the dough with 1/4, roll it into a rectangle, spread the coconut evenly on the dough, then roll it up, cut a knife in the middle, roll it into small flower rolls as usual, and put it on the oiled baking tray.

10. After setting, put the bread in the middle layer of the toaster and put a plate of warm water on the bottom layer. The oven is heated to about 40 degrees for secondary fermentation, and the fermentation time is about 30-50 minutes. Observe for yourself and send it to twice the size.
