Mengshan tea is mainly produced at the top of Mengshan Mountain, so it is called "Mengding tea". Mengding tea is a traditional green tea in China, which is produced in Mengding Mountain, Mingshan District, Ya 'an City, Sichuan Province. Mengding tea is named because it is produced at the top of Mengshan Mountain, and the good natural environment of Mengshan Mountain also ensures its high quality.

Mengding Gan Lu is mostly compact in appearance, light green and bright in color, rich in fragrance and high in alcohol content. The Story and Legend of Meng Ding Gan Lu;

According to legend, a long time ago, there was a fish fairy in Qingyi River. Tired of the boring life under water, she became a beautiful village girl and came to Mengshan. She met a young man named Wu Lizhen, and they fell in love at first sight. Fish Fairy took out some tea seeds and gave them to Wu Lizhen. They are engaged and agreed to get married when the tea seeds germinate next year. After Yuxian left, Wu Lizhen planted tea seeds at the top of Mengshan Mountain.

The next spring, tea seeds germinated and the fish fairy appeared. After they got married, they loved each other and cultivated tea seedlings together. Fish fairy took off the white gauze on her shoulder and threw it into the air. Suddenly, the top of Mengshan Mountain was filled with white fog, nourishing the tea seedlings, and the longer the tea trees grew, the more lush they became. Fish fairy gave birth to a son and a daughter, picked tea every year, and lived happily. But it didn't last long. Fish Fairy secretly left the Crystal Palace, married a mortal privately, and was discovered by the river god. The river god ordered the fish fairy to return to the palace immediately. Fish fairy had no choice but to leave reluctantly.

Before leaving, I told my children to help my father cultivate tea trees all over the mountain, leaving white gauze that can change clouds and fog, so that it can cover Mengshan forever and nourish tea trees. Wu Lizhen planted tea all her life and lived to be 80 years old. Because I missed the fish fairy, I finally died in the ancient well. Later, an emperor named Wu Lizhen as "the Zen master of Mannan Pratt & Whitney" for his meritorious tea planting. Mengding tea has been handed down from generation to generation and paid tribute.
