Legal subjectivity:

Sick leave is paid. If the employee’s continuous leave is within 6 months due to illness or non-work-related injury, the enterprise shall pay sick leave wages according to the following standards: ① If the continuous service is less than 2 years, the salary will be calculated as 60% of the salary; ② If the continuous service is more than 2 years but less than 4 years, the salary will be calculated as 70% of the salary; ③ If the continuous service is more than 4 years but less than 6 years, the salary will be calculated as the salary. ④ If the employee has worked continuously for 6 years but less than 8 years, the salary will be calculated as 90% of the salary; ⑤ If the employee has worked continuously for 8 years or more, the salary will be calculated as 100% of the salary.
