Steel structure building

It is the premise to ensure the overall quality of the whole steel structure factory building according to standards and specifications. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately grasp the straightness and mistranslation of steel columns, the distance between columns and beam connecting holes and column bottom plates, the machining accuracy of connecting holes themselves, the straightness of roof beams and the machining accuracy of columns and beam connecting plates, and the orientation specifications of braces or supporting connecting plates on beams and columns relative to beams and columns themselves.

The steel columns in the steel structure factory are all made by outsourcing H-beam processing or plate splicing. If it is ready-made H-beam processing, the manufacturing accuracy control of the column is simple. In the case of plate splicing, the forming of steel columns should be inspected after assembly and welding, so as to ensure the straightness of steel columns and prevent misinterpretation.
