1. Antibiotics are routinely used for anti-infection treatment for 5 to 7 days.

2. In order to prevent postoperative defecation from polluting the vulva wound, routine oral administration of opioid tincture for 3 ~ 5 days delayed defecation. Indwelling catheter for 7 ~ 10 days. When the patient begins to urinate, he should pay attention to cleaning the wound in time after defecation, and do not take a squatting position when defecating, so as not to cause the wound to crack.

3. Generally, the vulva wound is bandaged continuously for 3 days, and the dressing is removed every day to check the healing of the flap. The membrane drainage and vaginal gauze were taken out 24 hours after operation. On the fourth day, the vulva wound was opened, and the wound was cleaned every day and then heated and irradiated 15 ~ 30 min, twice a day.
