Compensation standard for disfigurement
The degree of disfigurement should be based on the Classification of the Degree of Injury and Disability of Human Body implemented on 20 17 10. This classification is uniformly applicable to the appraisal of the degree of human disability by judicial authentication institutions and judicial appraisers. 1, apply for disability appraisal, and calculate disability compensation and other related expenses according to the disability level; 1 level disability is the per capita disposable income of urban residents or the per capita net income of rural residents in the previous year multiplied by 20 years and then multiplied by 100%, the second level disability multiplied by 90%, and so on, the ninth level disability multiplied by 20%, and the 10 level disability multiplied by 10%. 2. Ask the other party to compensate for medical expenses, lost time, nursing expenses, transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, hospital food subsidies, necessary nutrition expenses, living expenses of dependents, mental compensation, and necessary rehabilitation expenses, nursing expenses and follow-up treatment expenses actually incurred due to rehabilitation nursing and continuing treatment, and the compensation obligor shall also compensate. According to the law, those who intentionally hurt others' bodies and cause disfigurement can be divided into retrial and minor injuries, but both of them are seriously injured and are sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years. The specific sentencing standards should be based on the conclusions of forensic expertise of public security organs.

Legal basis: Article 234 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that anyone who intentionally harms another person's body shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance.

Whoever commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph and causes serious injuries shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 3 years but not more than 6 years; Whoever causes death or serious injury by particularly cruel means and causes serious disability shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10, life imprisonment or death. Where there are other provisions in this Law, such provisions shall prevail.
